Unlock this waitlist
$15once
Permanently upgrades one waitlist: a higher guest limit, your own colours and logo, a custom background, exports and history. Scoped to that waitlist - nothing to cancel.
Bought from inside the waitlist, when you hit the limit.
Event pass
A paid tier for a fixed period, bought once. It simply stops at the end - there is no renewal to remember to cancel, and no card left on file.
Choose “one-time pass” on any paid plan above. Available in 1 month and 12 months.
Pricing questions
It is free with no time limit and no card. You get 2 active waitlists with up to 15 guests each, plus real-time updates, the public link and full-screen display. It stops being enough when you need more capacity, not when a countdown runs out.
Yes. A one-time pass gives you a paid tier for a fixed period and then simply stops - nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Most people who pay for a tool like this have an event rather than an ongoing need, so a pass is usually the right purchase. There is also a $15 one-time unlock that upgrades a single waitlist permanently.
It permanently raises that one waitlist's guest limit and turns on its presentation features - custom colours, your own logo, a custom background, exports and history - with no subscription. It is scoped to that waitlist only; account-level features like team management stay on the subscription tiers. You buy it from inside the waitlist itself, at the moment you hit the limit.
Nothing is deleted. Your waitlists stay exactly as they are and revert to the free plan's limits for editing, so a waitlist over the free cap becomes read-only rather than losing guests. Buy a pass or resubscribe and everything is editable again immediately.
Yes, at any time - the purchase buttons stay live whatever tier you are on. That is deliberate: an earlier version of this page disabled them for anyone already holding a tier, which meant nobody whose pass had expired could pay again, and it was the people most likely to buy who were locked out.
